Monday 9thSeptember 6.30pm
Improving Coaching Standards and relationships with the Match Officials.
FORMAT FOR THE EVENING
A Q & A session with James Fisher.
James is a Society Match Official and National Match Official. Has worked as a professional Rugby Development Officer with experience at all levels of community Rugby.
He will look at all areas of officiating in the game with The Core Rugby Values being the Key and has asked it to be a question and answer session.
(i.e. What is the ref looking for in managing the breakdown)
Please provide me with Questions to James in advance to email@example.com to help the evening flow and he promises to bust some of the myths of refereeing.
Pat Billam, Paviors RFC Director of Rugby
The evening will include an input from Pat Billam Director of Rugby and an introduction to two new roles in the Club.
After consultations across the Club we have now introduced Directors of Rugby at both Mini and Junior levels to work closely with Pat Billam. Mark Bailey will take on the Mini position while Iain Wigglesworth the Junior and all three will share their thoughts on how this will help improve management, coaching and playing
Chance for everyone to share their thoughts and concerns
We would appreciate everyone’s attendance but at least every age group represented.
A buffet will be provided during the evening.
