As part of improving the membership experience the club will be issuing a card to each paid up member of the club this coming season. This will have the benefit of providing more management information as to who (members / non members), when (Sat, Sun or midweek) and where (Bar/Kitchen or Shop) people are spending money at Paviors. It will also increase the control we have over the payment of subscriptions and give us the ability to assess the success of promotions etc. In the future, the system can provide us with the ability to use the card as a payment method i.e. to be able to load up the card with an amount of money.

On full payment or confirmation of direct debit set up you will be given a membership card that is unique to you. Initially it has the following benefits, reduced prices at the bar, free provision of food for players (senior, junior & mini). To take advantage of these benefits you must have your card with you as the card will be required to be swiped through the till system at time of purchase.

If for any reason you cease to be a member ie non payment of subscriptions, these benefits will no longer be available to you. For mini & junior members a parent will be given the child’s membership card to obtain the benefits. This will apply until the junior player reaches the age of 18 when the card will revert to them.

If a membership card is lost or damaged and is in need of replacement then a £10 cost will be levied.

We feel that this is a step forward for the club as we try to improve on the experience of coming to Paviors.
